By completing a purchase on atmosmotion, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't buy.
What you're buying
A non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-resellable personal-use license to install and display the wallpaper assets (PNG, MP4, Live Photo) on personal devices you own. You are not purchasing ownership of the underlying artwork or intellectual property.
Restrictions
- No resale or commercial redistribution of the files.
- No use in client work, portfolios marketed as your own art, or commercial projects.
- No upload to AI/ML training datasets.
- No NFT minting.
- No sharing copies with friends or posting for public download.
One-time purchase, lasting access
Your magic-link is valid for 7 days from delivery. After expiry, email us with your order ID to request a fresh link — we'll re-send it for as long as your order is in our records. No recurring charges, ever.
Service availability
We don't guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be brief; your downloads remain accessible across reasonable windows. We are not liable for temporary unavailability.
Intellectual property notice
Some packs depict visual styles inspired by anime franchises. These are AI-generated derivative works produced for personal-use wallpapers. atmosmotion does not claim ownership of any underlying franchise IP. If you are a rights-holder and believe content infringes, contact hello@atmosmotion.com with takedown details and we will respond promptly.
Limitation of liability
Assets are provided as-is. atmosmotion is not liable for indirect or consequential damages of any kind. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the specific order in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved in Indonesian courts unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Substantive changes will be emailed to the address on your order if we have it. Continued use of downloaded assets after notice constitutes acceptance.
