The story
atmosmotion was started by Davis — a one-person studio based out of Indonesia, working through a Mac Studio and RunPod — because the App Store wallpaper market is broken in exactly two ways.
On one end you have freemium subscription apps that hold your wallpapers hostage behind a monthly paywall. Cancel and they vanish. On the other end you have low-effort static dumps — PNG packs that look fine on desktop and blurry on your lock screen.
