Granted rights
Upon purchase, atmosmotion grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Install the wallpaper assets on personal iPhones you own.
- Use them as lock-screen wallpaper, home-screen wallpaper, or Live Photo (where supported by iOS).
- Make personal backups for your own use.
Restricted uses
- No commercial use of any kind.
- No resale or redistribution — sharing download links or the files themselves with others is not permitted.
- No inclusion in client work or portfolios marketed as your own original artwork.
- No NFT minting.
- No use as training data for machine learning or AI models.
- No public commercial display (e.g., wallpaper looping on a kiosk or signage screen) — that requires a separate commercial license. Contact us to discuss.
Anime IP disclaimer
Wallpapers depicting visual styles inspired by franchises such as One Piece, Demon Slayer, and Jujutsu Kaisen are AI-generated derivative works created for personal-use display. atmosmotion does not represent itself as licensed by Toei Animation, Ufotable, MAPPA, or any other rights-holder. Buyers acknowledge this and assume responsibility for how they display these wallpapers. Public commercial display may infringe third-party intellectual property — that risk is on the buyer, not atmosmotion.
Termination
This license terminates immediately if you redistribute the files or otherwise violate the restrictions above. No refund is issued upon termination for cause.
