Digital goods caveat
Once a download link is generated and delivered to your email, the order is considered fulfilled. Refunds for fulfilled digital goods are at our discretion, governed by the circumstances below.
What we do refund
- Duplicate orders — if you accidentally purchased the same pack twice within 24 hours, we'll refund the duplicate.
- Failed downloads — if you've attempted to access your files at least 3 times and we've confirmed a delivery failure on our side.
- Confirmed technical faults — files that are corrupt, missing, or materially different from what was listed.
What we don't refund
- Buyer's remorse after a successful download.
- Format incompatibility with non-iOS devices. atmosmotion is iPhone-first; we do not claim Android wallpaper support.
- Failure to follow install instructions.
How to request a refund
Email hello@atmosmotion.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your order ID and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within one business day.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle (our merchant of record) back to your original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
Paddle handles all payment disputes as merchant of record. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account flagging and blocking of future orders. We prefer to resolve issues directly — please email us first.
